10 Years ago, Tracy & John McLean began selling handmade baked goods and signature peach pepper jam across Northeast Georgia at farmers markets and festivals with one simple goal: to love on people with food. That was a decade ago.

Today Bebop’s Bakery and Bistro, located on church street in Royston, Ga, has become a destination spot for vacationers traveling through the Peach State and locals alike.
On the bakery side they offer a wide variety of traditional and signature pastries, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, and more. They take special orders for cakes and catering.
Over on the bistro side they have created breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus to satisfy big city and small town pallets alike.
On certain nights when the moon is right, they will roll out a special bill of fare for dinner for their regular customers, and all because 10 years later the McLeans are still loving on people with food.
